App was advertised to get it for $5 fan cash but the app won’t even pull up the login page to log in to get it

Amazing platform!! A lot of bonus and promotions

every order i make is immediately cancelled. doesn’t matter what i do, i get a confirmation email and then a sorry we can’t process your order. tried several times, different items, different credit card, same result.

It’s a cool site good graphics good live video to real good but they having problems with the bonus bets lol the customer service is rude They don’t answer your question or nothing so I give it three star

Never fails - whether I use the website or the app, either I can’t login (even after resetting my password), or it won’t let me stay logged in - such a consistently frustrating shopping experience.

It won’t let me purchase my jerseys every time It says the exact same thing it tells me my order has been canceled

This is a good app, i order lots of things off this app, from hats to baseball cards. But, when i try to buy something off the app now, it only says Access denied! This hasn’t happened before. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, didn’t work. I tried logging out of my account, didn’t work. I need help!!

This app stinks. You’d think a company of this size would have a competent app

Every time I go to purchase an order, it asks me to login to my account. When I do, it kicks me back out to my cart, where it asks me to login to my account again when I go to purchase. The app has always been bad, and then you get your hopes up when a new version comes out, and then it’s still trash. Update - if I could rate this app a Zero, I would. After my initial review, I got a reply link from the developer to communicate further. That link sends to an Invalid page. And the other link in the email response just sends me back to the app. In the meantime, I tried to order something else three separate times, and every time I hit Purchase, it deleted everything and said my cart was empty. Absolute garbage is an understatement at this point.

Probably the most excruciating online shopping experience I've ever had. App constantly crashes, cart empties, have to log in a half dozen times every five minutes. Finally said fkk it and bought nothing

Continuously rejects orders online and repeatedly asks me to re-login two minutes after logging in.

Everything is as you expected and should be from a merch app, but the only major issue across their app and also on the website is no way to save items to like a wish list or even just favorites. Which is very frustrating. You see something you really want and you wanna come back to it later and there’s no way to really do that.

Fanatics is a terrible company and sells poor quality merchandise, but that’s not what this review is about. The app itself is terrible. I finally deleted it and if I want to order anything off of Fanatics I’m better off using their mobile website on Safari

On two separate occasions, I ordered an Atlanta Falcons Bijan Robinson jersey size 2 XL. On both occasions, I was sent a 3XL even though they said that 2XL was in stock. The workers keep screwing up.

I don’t like when you find an item for a certain price and then when you have finished the transaction and see the tracking details they added a few more dollars on the items you just purchased. It’s already bad enough that the crappy rewards they give it just washed out with all the fees.

I Paid 16.99 for my order to be here before the holiday. Why does this email say my order is being split into two packages, one shipping before and one shipping after Christmas. Someone’s going to miss their gift. Thanks a lot

It takes weeks,sometimes months to receive the items you ordered. And Fanatics charges for shipping which is crazy.

This app crashes all the time when playing the pick 5 and Quad goals. It happens every time.

I downloaded this app a few months ago and I’ve been waiting for months for a few shirts to become readily available in my size, and they have not been restocked. They are shirts from Mitchell and Ness so it might be an issue with their stock because they seem to not be available on any platform for any website. Other than that pretty impressive library of sports items.

the app is just like the website, can’t even favorite items which i think would be the best offer. There’s no reason you shouldn’t be able to save clothes you want. Please fix this!

I have tried to make a purchase all day starting with the website and it going through and then for some reason getting an email later saying it didn’t process. Tried the app to see if maybe it worked there and no luck. I was able to log in the first time and when I went back later I was logged out and couldn’t log in and I can’t even reset my password as something goes wrong each time. Truly frustrating to purchase anything.

Fanatics is the most worthless, crappy shopping app I have ever used and with all the crappy apps out there, that is saying A LOT. Sometimes I have trouble logging in. Other times my order can’t be processed. Still other times, the order is processed but a couple of days later they cancel the order without any explanation or even a notification. I just get curious because I don’t get any email letting me know my order has shipped so I check the status and find out they cancelled it. Terrible, worthless, trash. Do better Fanatics.

It’s amazing to me that you could have an app by a company as big as this that doesn’t have a wish list, inconsistently saves cart items, and makes returns extremely difficult. You can’t pull up a return to initiate without the order number and the app doesn’t even have your order number despite you ordering it on this app.

Many online retailers have inconsistent or inaccurate size charts. If the item doesn’t fit as expected due to unclear guidance!! Y’all need to fix that

Can we please get a favorite button. There is so much i would like to save and comeback and buy later. Having a favorites list would make they so much easier and more convenient.

Terrible customer service, it’s tough to get in contact with an actual person , a lot of their products are not the best quality. There sizes seem to run different. If you need to return something you will be charged and it will be difficult. It is better to order from the brand directly.

Great for gear, prices, variety, and I have spent a bit of money….. However prepare to be spammed byemails and they ignore unsubscribe at end of season

Ordered an item on a Tuesday and bought the 2 day shipping. I assumed the item would ship in 2 days. Order didn’t get processed until Thursday. 2 day shipping doesn’t count weekends. Finally got the item the following Monday. What was the point of 2 day shipping? I needed the item immediately. I’ve always had issues when ordering from here. Too much hidden nonsense.

I bought a signed item that wasn’t going to be delivered for about three months or so and paid full price. Those items are usually not discounted when they’re so exclusive. On the day that I got the email that the item was being shipped, the item showed up on here with a 25% discount. I hadn’t even received the item that I paid full price four months before and you’re putting it where it’s eligible for sale.. that’s not the way to do business

Yall don’t let people stay logged in and that’s frustrating not gonna lie

I ordered a jersey a month ago and the app tells me I have no orders shipped or any previous orders in general. Customer support did nothing and stopped answering me when I asked for a reason. Only other experience I had, my jersey took 2 months to deliver. Garbage app

After 4 months I have finally canceled my order of an item I don’t believe they ever had or intend on getting. In June I purchased a jersey for $175 and throughout the time waited I received minimal updates until the item didn’t ship till 4 days after it was supposed to arrive! Fanatics quality has continued to go down in all areas. Originally as frustrating as it is they had a great customer service team. Now you are offered a 15-25% discount no matter the situation. They can run over one of your family members and in return offer a 25% promo code for some items. Exclusions apply! It almost feels like they made this item up to steal from customers instead of taking a loan out. No interest!! If you have any issues good luck finding a solution in a minimum of 8 back and forth emails trying to explain the situation you just repeat yourself multiple times. It seems as if they don’t remember the last thing you said. I’d opt for alternatives as customer service and product quality are not important from this group.

Got an email saying that if I download the app, I would get $10 fancash. But I never got anything. So it was a false ad.

Ordered a curry jersey in may and didn’t get it until august and then when I did get it they sent me the wrong size. After another month of waiting and about 20 customer service calls I finally got a low quality jersey.

I was looking at cards on here. Clicked one, and it said that I had been charged $ for what?? For looking at an item I guess. If you want your money stolen, then this is the app for you! Tried to get in contact with support, they took three years to pop on and then I sent a message and they never got back. So not only does the app take your money, the customer service is poor.

Website told me my item would ship between 3-7 days. After ordering it said delivery date is 3 weeks away! Couldn’t cancel because they outsource the product from another retailer so have to wait until I get it, print a return label, and ship it back. Ordered through Rally House instead and no issues. Will not use fanatics again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Tried to order a sale item but kept declining my payment method even though i put it another order on another app and it went through just fine. Then they increased the price while I was trying to checkout. Waste of time.l and they will rip you off. Will never see another dime from me.
